Marcus Rashford was in a car accident last Saturday.
The Manchester United star wrecked his Rolls Royce.
How the accident occurred is unknown. Rashford remained uninjured.
England international footballer Marcus Rashford survived a car accident unscathed following Manchester United’s away win. As the PA news agency reported on Sunday, the accident occurred on Saturday evening following Rashford’s team won 1-0 at Burnley FC (with Zeki Amdouni), in which Bruno Fernandes scored the decisive goal for the Red Devils. After the Premier League game, the team returned to their training ground by team bus to pick up their own cars and drive home.
So Rashford got into his 800,000-franc Rolls Royce and made his way from the training campus in Carrington to his villa in another suburb of Manchester. Only: He didn’t arrive that quickly. Because the 25-year-old collided with the car of a 74-year-old woman on the street, as the “Sun” reports. As a result, the winger touched a light signal. It is not known who was to blame for the accident.
Before the accident, Marcus Rashford was on duty at Burnley.

“I’m doing well”
An anonymous source reports that Rashford immediately inquired regarding the woman’s well-being and exchanged information for the insurance company. Both were “severely shaken” but remained uninjured until further notice. Footage posted online later showed damage to Rashford’s car.
In a video distributed by the Sun, among others, police forces were seen at the scene of the accident, a damaged car and an equally damaged traffic island. The England international himself wrote on Instagram on Sunday: “I’m fine guys, thanks for the news.”
