England: Gareth Southgate unveils his first post-World Cup list

Gareth Southgate unveiled this Thursday the first post-World Cup list of the Three Lions, with a view to qualifying for Euro 2024. During this first international window of 2023, the English selection will first travel to Naples to face Italy on March 23, and will host Ukraine three days later at Wembley.

For this gathering, the English coach notably recalled the two Chelsea defenders, Reece James and Ben Chilwell, who had both been forced to forfeit the World Cup last November. Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Raheem Sterling (Chelsea) and Ben White (Arsenal) are the notable absentees from this list.
