The Tokyo Family Court ruled on July 20 that Fukuhara Ai had an emergency preservation order . However, Jiang Hongjie believes that the possibility of Ai Fukuhara obeying the court order is very low, so he applied to the court for enforcement, and the Tokyo court has confirmed on August 2.
In fact, compulsory enforcement is divided into two stages: “indirect” and “direct”. Indirect enforcement means that if the court fails to perform, fines will be incurred and performance will be urged. If it is still not fulfilled, it will become a direct coercion, and the executive officer of the court will come forward to implement the result of the court’s judgment.
Regarding Fukuhara Ai’s tough attitude, Obuchi Aiko said, “This matter is considered due to several factors, and the possibility of indirect coercion is very low, so I request for enforcement. The Tokyo Family Court has recognized this form.” However, enforcement is still possible. Difficulty, because it is currently impossible to know the residence of Ai Fukuhara, so it cannot be implemented, so I hope the other party will abide by the court’s decision.
