Many malicious companies promise energy renovation work for €1 or significant discounts, which turn out to be unsuccessful. Others carry out the work and leave behind poor workmanship. It is important to know how to recognize them and thus avoid scams.

You can also refer the problem to the DGCCRF, or to the courts through a conciliator to settle the matter amicably, or to the protection disputes judge if you believe you have been wronged.
