Enel Colombia reported that the Board of Directors approved presenting the profit distribution project to the next ordinary meeting of the General Assembly of Shareholders, where a profit of COP 2.69 billion will be recorded for the 2021 period.
Discriminating the figures, compared to the net income, Emgesa accumulated $1.71 billion. For its part, Codensa totaled $982,387 million.
Also, according to the company’s report, Emgesa accounted for most of the ordinary corporate dividends with a contribution of $1.55 billion, while Codensa recorded a profit of $898,068 million.
Now, compared to the figure for extraordinary dividends, the group totaled $1.27 billion, where $615,482 million were contributed by Emgesa and $412,342 by Codensa.
With these figures, the group reported an amount of $3.47 billion in dividends, through 148.9 million shares.
