The General Directorate of the National Police (DGPN) announced the establishment of an operational system for the security of end-of-year festivities throughout Guinea.
This involves the mobilization of 5,417 civil servants including 4,787 police officers and 630 civil protection agents. This device is intended to ensure the security of people and property. While contributing to the prevention of traffic accidents, according to the DGPN press release.
“The organization of festive activities mobilizing the crowd being subject to prior information from the administrative authorities and the national police, we urge citizens to comply with this directive aimed at strengthening supervision and the climate of serenity during moments of rejoicing.
