This entity, which was judicially dispossessed of several of its assets due to the placing of mortgages in the hands of creditors, notably the banks, was recently declared in liquidation. As for Groupe Abroun Vision Nord which owns the Goldvision brand, the shareholder has filed with the recovery trustee a continuation plan capable of getting out of the rut this structure which counted among its clients dozens of resellers across Morocco. For the moment, nothing has filtered out regarding the terms of the continuation plan, but according to sources close to the matter, a recapitalization should not take long to be implemented.
