“ENAP’s Free MOOC Courses: 60,000 Scholarships for Civil Servants and Public Management Professionals for Improved Performance”

The National Civil Service Authority (Servir) announced the launch of 60,000 scholarships aimed at civil servants, students of public management and other professional careers, and the general public to study MOOC e-learning courses at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP).

“In the month of May we have launched 3 MOOC courses and 1 MOOC program, with which we hope to contribute to improving the job performance of our civil servants, as well as public entities throughout the country, for the benefit of citizens”, said the director of ENAP, Rosario Cerdán Urtecho.

The MOOC courses available are: “Management of claims in Public Administration entities”, “Tools for talent management: Performance Management and Training Management” and; “Public management for the inclusion of people with disabilities from a rights perspective”.

Added to these courses is the MOOC Program “The transit route to the Civil Service regime”, made up of five MOOC courses and with certification for 80 academic hours.

“Those interested in knowing, studying and strengthening their knowledge in important topics for public management and administration have until September 17 to participate in these coursesat the time that each one chooses since these training spaces are self-study and are available on the ENAP virtual platform 24 hours a day”, added the ENAP director.

Program

Each MOOC course has an academic duration according to the theme in public management:

– The MOOC course “Management of claims in Public Administration entities” is developed in 24 academic hours.

– The MOOC course “Tools for talent management: Performance Management and Training Management” has a duration of 16 academic hours.

– The MOOC course “Public management for the inclusion of people with disabilities from a rights perspective” takes place in 40 academic hours.

– The MOOC program “The transit route to the Civil Service regime – Virtual modality” is developed in 80 academic hours.
