Morocco through the development and innovation research laboratory SMARTILAB of the Moroccan School of Engineering Sciences (EMSI) stands out at the 37th edition of the WGC the “World Genius Convention Expo 2023” organized on May 18-19 2023 at the Grand International Forum in Tokyo, Japan by the international institute of invention and innovation.
The EMSI has indeed won a gold medal thanks to its invention “Intelligent Marine Prospecting System (SIProM)”. It is an intelligent connected system capable of collecting and communicating maritime, meteorological or other data in real time. This system is made up of intelligent robots each having one or more sensors to collect ecological, meteorological, military, maritime information, etc. The solution developed by EMSI makes it possible in particular to scan large maritime areas with a view to detecting the density and fish movement in the desired area. The information collected can thus be used in the field of fishing: fishing trips and locations can be decided in an efficient way without getting lost in the oceans or wasting time without results.
