Doha: The seminar organized by Youth Forum on the occasion of International Youth Day was notable for its theme and participation. The Youth Forum seminar was organized under the title ‘Inspiring Youth for a Sustainable World’ in collaboration with Isdihar Initiative under Qatar Charity. Youth representatives from various countries participated in the event held at the Qatar Charity headquarters in Lusail.
Rawda Al Nuaimi, Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Qatar Development Fund, spoke on the topic of ‘Promoting Green Skills’. Examples of projects implemented by the Qatar Development Fund with the aim of sustainable development were shared with the audience.
Audience of Youth Forum Seminar
Terra Energy Founder and Managing Director Dr. Muhammed Alhaj (Sudan) introduced the subject. He introduced startups and enterprises that have been tested in different sectors in different countries. Rauda Nuaimi and Dr. Muhammad Alhaj also interacted with the audience.
Youth Forum Vice President Aslam Abdurrahim delivered the introductory speech. He informed that the seminar is part of a campaign in collaboration with Qatar Charity to prepare youth for a sustainable world.
He added that more programs are being lined up for the two-month long campaign. Youth Forum central executive committee member Ahmed Anwar welcomed. Isdihar Initiative Coordinator Ahmad Mutahar distributed gifts to the guests. Shafiq Ali was the moderator.
