As part of this celebration, OMPIC organized a webinar which focused on the role of brand and design as essential tools for business development as well as the services developed by OMPIC to support innovators and entrepreneurs. , including in particular the “IP MARKETPLACE” invention patent development service and the Office’s electronic services and platforms.
In his message sent on this occasion, Abdelaziz Babqiqi, CEO of OMPIC underlined the crucial role that women play in entrepreneurship, innovation and the economy in Morocco, he also specified that women are a link important in the value creation chain and that it is therefore essential to support it to strengthen its inclusion in the creative economy and encourage its participation in the innovation ecosystem.
For her part, Leila Doukali, president of the Association of Women Business Leaders of Morocco, also highlighted the importance for any entrepreneur to protect their creations through trademarks, patents and designs and industrial models. She called on women entrepreneurs to get closer to OMPIC to benefit from the various services it offers in this area.
