Ras Al Khaimah, August 27, WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Kayed Al Qasimi, Special Adviser to His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, affirmed that Emirati women are active partners in the sustainable development process that the country is witnessing.
In a statement on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day, which falls tomorrow, His Excellency said: “I am pleased to congratulate every mother, sister and daughter on the occasion of ‘Emirati Women’s Day’, which we celebrate every year as an embodiment of the unlimited ambition of Emirati women and their role in the process of construction and development over the past years since the establishment of the federation to achieve To see the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan – may God rest his soul in peace – who was a strong supporter of women and encouraged them to participate in various fields of development and believed that the renaissance of society would be achieved by empowering women, activating their participation and providing the ingredients that enable them to perform their role to the fullest.
Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Kayed Al Qasimi added: Our celebration of Emirati Women’s Day is of particular importance, as Emirati women affirm their willingness to continue the march and their participation in development efforts in light of the unlimited support provided by the wise leadership represented by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him.” And His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him,” and Their Highnesses the Sheikhs, members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, and the efforts to empower women led by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood.
