Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Secretariat for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Sedeco) announced the launch of the Fifth International Conference on Consumer Protection, under the motto “Consumer rights, a tool for everyone.”
This highly relevant event will bring together national and international experts to discuss and update approaches to the protection of consumer rights in a global and digitalized context.
The Fifth International Conference on Consumer Protection will be held on Wednesday, September 18 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the convention hall of the Central Bank of Paraguay.
Admission is completely free and digital certificates will be issued, but prior registration is required through the digital form that will be available at the institutional website and on social media (Facebook: Sedeco Paraguay, Instagram: sedeco_py and X: @sedecopy). The event will include a coffee break.
The head of Sedeco, Sara Irún, stresses that consumer protection is much more than a set of rules and regulations; it is a fundamental pillar for the fair and equitable development of our society.
