Dubai, July 1, WAM/ Dubai Electricity and Water Authority’s customers praised the authority’s smart and innovative programs aimed at helping them raise the efficiency of their consumption of electricity and water, noting that the “My Sustainable Approach” program supports their endeavors to reduce waste and reduce their carbon footprint.
In the “My Sustainable Approach” program, the authority relies on artificial intelligence techniques and behavioral sciences to study and analyze the behavior of customers.. The program includes four main features, including a control panel through which consumption comparisons are displayed with similar high-efficiency homes in the region, and a monthly report on the volume of electricity and water consumption And a file of consumption patterns, through which it is possible to answer several questions regarding the consumer’s home to obtain more accurate comparisons, in addition to providing advice to help customers take positive steps to reduce waste and extravagance.
The authority makes the program available through its website and its smart application, which is available on the “iOS” and “Android” platforms, “Huawei” and “Apple” smart watches.
The customer can enjoy the many advantages and technical features offered by the program following logging into his personal account with the authority through its smart application or website, and updating his “consumption patterns” file.
