He said that the country’s celebration of Emirati Children’s Day is an opportunity for all of us to learn about the efforts made by all institutions concerned with children to enhance the true participation of children in all fields, to provide them with experiences, and to enhance their abilities and status in their societies, praising the steps taken by the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood for the right of children to participate, and through He expressed his pride in what the Council has accomplished for the benefit of children and the awareness, belonging, and pride they enjoy in their national identity and good knowledge of the issues of their homeland, which reassures us about the future of this dear homeland.
He explained that all state institutions give child protection a top priority, and this is evidenced by the successes achieved over the past years in building an integrated system of federal, local and civil authorities that undertake awareness-raising operations on children’s rights and implement hundreds of programmes, initiatives and plans aimed at caring for families and children.
