The same category also includes the personnel from the justice system who benefited during 2023 from the increase in basic salaries/placement allowances through administrative documents issued by the credit authorities.

Other provisions of the ordinance aim to strengthen the financial discipline of state operators.

“Since the income and expenditure budget is the main tool for forecasting and tracking the annual financial balance of economic operators, the normative act adopted by the Government establishes that the income and expenditure budgets must be submitted to the Ministry of Finance for approval within 120 days from the entry into force of the annual state budget law and is approved within 150 days from the entry into force of the annual state budget law”, says the Government.

In the case of newly established economic operators, the income and expenditure budgets are approved until the end of the financial year of the current year.

Trade unionists from the Ministry of Finance, Customs and ANAF will organize, on Wednesday, a Japanese strike on this issue.

We remind you that through the Trenuleț GEO (115/2023), the budget workers’ salaries increase by 5% from January 1, 2024.
