Thus, training is very important during this interview. It is the way to acquire new skills, to evolve or to change jobs. So CPF management can be part of the conversation. In addition, these appointments are mandatory following maternity and paternity leave and also following long-term sick leave.

Who are the people concerned by this sum of 3000 euros?

Several individuals are affected by this new premium. Indeed, these are employees who must do professional interviews every two years and therefore have specific contracts. For example, this concerns several contracts such as CDI, CDD, interim full time or part time. In addition, people on a work-study or apprenticeship as well as professional contracts are also affected by this measure and this bonus of 3,000 euros. Nevertheless, in any device, there are rules and exceptions. For this measure, there is only one exception which concerns new employees. Indeed, those who have joined the company for less than 2 years cannot be eligible to receive this bonus of 3000 euros. In any case, for the moment, priority goes to the oldest.

The companies are aware that it risks this penalty of 3000 euros since March 31, 2022. The objective is that each employee can be received and heard during this professional interview.
