THE TEAM of curators put up an execution confiscation board on one of the assets of celebrity celebrity Rea Nurul Rizkia Wiradinata alias Rea Wiradinata in the form of a house in Cianjur Regency, West Java.

The confiscation was because Rea Wiradinata had been declared bankrupt since July 1 2024 after the peace proposal it submitted was rejected by the majority of its creditors.

The bankruptcy decision was then officially announced in the mass media on July 5 2024.

The process of installing confiscation signs was represented by the appointed curators, Janter Manurung and Fajrin Muflihun.

Janter Manurung said the confiscation process was carried out based on a court decision which officially declared Rea Wiradinata bankrupt.

“We only carry out our duties in accordance with the applicable law,” said Janter through a written statement, Wednesday (9/10).

The execution process was carried out at the request of creditors because Rea was deemed unable to repay debts worth billions of rupiah.

“The court had previously notified and asked Rea Wiradinata’s sister to hand over her assets voluntarily,” he added.

Another curator, Fajrin Mufilhun, added that his party had previously carried out a verification process regarding Rea Wiradinata’s assets.

“Furthermore, confiscation action will be taken on sister Rea’s other assets which have been previously verified,” he said.

One of the debtors, Noverizky Tri Putra Pasaribu, explained that the case started when Rea Wiradinata borrowed money from him and Arif Budiman worth IDR 2.5 billion.

However, Rea never returned the money according to the previously agreed written agreement

In fact, Rea even denied that he had debt

Rea then did not move when the Central Jakarta Commercial Court won the lawsuit by Noverizky et al.

In PKPU decision letter no288/Pdt-sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, the court won the lawsuit filed by Noveryzki against Rea.

In this decision, the court determined that the PKPU Respondent (Rea Nurul Rizkia Wiradinata) was in a state of temporary suspension of debt payment obligations for 45 (forty five days) starting from the time the decision was read, namely on Wednesday 25 November 2023.

“Since the case of his debts with me was raised, more and more of his victims have spoken up. In fact, a few days ago a friend of his came to me. He felt that Rea had cheated him under the guise of investing. Several other victims have also reported it to the police,” he said.

Furthermore, Rea’s attempt to submit a peace proposal was rejected by the majority of creditors

“Until an inkrah decision was issued which declared Rea Wiradinata in bankruptcy status,” said Noveryzki

On the other hand, Noveryzki confirmed that the criminal reporting process against Rea Wiradinata at the South Jakarta Metro Police is still ongoing.

Apart from being sued by PKPU, Rea Wiradinata was also criminally sued for allegedly providing false information in the Investigation Minutes (BAP) or statements submitted at the PKPU hearing.

“The criminal process is still ongoing. We have submitted new evidence to investigators,” he concluded. (Z-1)
