Emotional Reset: Tips and Tools for Self-Care and Stress Management

At the end of the year, we are sometimes overwhelmed with work, emotions and stress. I invite you to say stop in these moments and do a “reset”, take time for yourself and ask yourself “how am I doing today?”

It is essential to analyze your emotions in order to continue moving forward happily and in great shape. You have to know how to stop, dare to ask yourself this question and put in place tools to slow down.

Firstly, when you wake up, meditation is an action that will benefit you throughout the day. Download an app if you want to be guided, sit on your bed for a few minutes and start this moment of reconnecting with yourself. Relaxing your mind will allow you to lower your stress level and have clearer ideas.

Accompany this moment of awareness of your emotions by taking courses of food supplements if you feel fatigue taking over you. Ashwagandha (or Indian ginseng) is a plant traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine that helps reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue.
