Emmanuel Sanders cut in turn by the Saints

The Saints continue their savings in preparation for the start of the next season on March 17.

After Kwon Alexander earlier today it’s Emmanuel Sanders’ turn to pack his bags according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The player confirmed his departure on Instagram. The franchise saves $6 million in the operation.

Arrived during the last offseason, the player, who will be 34 next week, will have finally spent only one season in Louisiana. In 2020 the receiver caught 61 balls for 726 yards and five touchdowns.

For the Saints the degreasing operation should continue with another 30 million dollars to be saved by next Wednesday.
