Al Ain, April 11 / WAM / His Excellency Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to His Highness the President of the State – Supreme President of the United Arab Emirates University, honored Dr. Abu Al-Wafa Muhammad Abu Al-Walafa for winning first place in the third scientific research competition for faculty members in the faculties of law at the university level Al Arabiya 2021, for his research entitled “The Competence of the Federal Public Prosecutor and the Federal Prosecution for Emergencies, Crises and Disasters in accordance with the regulation for controlling violations of precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus, and the Federal Penal Procedures Law in the United Arab Emirates.”
The Supreme President of the University congratulated Dr. Abu Al-Walfa for his pioneering achievements and his extensive scientific career in the field of legal research and literature, which is an important reference in the field of legal and criminal rulings locally and Arab.
His Excellency Zaki Nusseibeh said: “We are proud that the United Arab Emirates University hosts a leading and distinguished elite of qualified faculty members who contribute to supporting the university’s strategy and elevating its position in all forums, noting that the university is making intensive efforts to graduate future generations equipped with science and knowledge that contribute to supplying the market Work with qualified skills, and meet the aspirations and aspirations of our wise leadership’s vision for the next fifty years.”
It is worth noting that Dr. Abu Al-Walafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from the Faculty of Sharia and Law in Tanta in 1984, a Master’s in Sharia Politics from the College of Sharia and Law – Al-Azhar University in Cairo in 1989, with a Doctorate in Sharia Policy from the Faculty of Sharia and Law in Cairo – Al-Azhar University in Cairo 1994, and has a record Full of specialized legal studies and books, with chairing and membership of committees for discussing master’s and doctoral theses in the field of law.
