CAIRO, 14 May, WAM / The Egyptian National Press Authority mourned Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, “may God have mercy on him”, who spent his life serving the UAE and defending the causes of his homeland and the Arab and Islamic nations.
The authority said – in a statement today – that the Arab and Islamic world will not forget the brave patriotic stances of the deceased throughout his rich history towards the countries of the region in their various issues.
The authority extends its sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to the government and people of the UAE in their great affliction and loss, praying to the Almighty God to cover him with his sincere mercy and forgiveness and to dwell in his vast gardens, and to inspire the people of the Emirates patience and solace.
