Emirates News Agency – Sharjah Government Media Office presents a day of knowledge and tourism for the “Contact Network”

SHARJAH, 28th February, 2020 (WAM) — The Government Communication Department at the Sharjah Government Media Office organized today in Khorfakkan the monthly meeting for members of the “Government Communication Network” working in various government departments and institutions.

The members of the network got acquainted with the center of the Sharjah Government Media Office, which is located in Khor Fakkan, and were briefed on the center’s innovative strategy in unifying government contacts and highlighting the unified identity. This is in achieving quality and continuous development of services and ensuring a speedy response to customers’ inquiries through a qualified and specialized team of national cadres in the field of customer service, as well as providing job opportunities and investing in competencies and national cadres.

The center was also keen to clarify its role in highlighting the events, activities and events in the emirate and its mechanisms in that regard as a bridge of close and approved communication between government departments and organizing agencies on the one hand and the public on the other hand. And facilitate their knowledge of the sites of landmarks and the most prominent festivals, events and activities.

Huda Al-Dah, Director of the Government Communication Department at the Sharjah Government Media Office, confirmed that the meeting of the government communication network at the Sharjah Communication Center aimed to develop the capabilities of members in the field of effective communication with the public and ways to provide the necessary information to them in the fastest time and with the least effort by mastering the skills of employing the latest technologies and methods of communication. .

The tour of the network members included a visit to the Khorfakkan amphitheater, the architectural masterpiece of a Roman character mixed with designs and the panoramic waterfalls adjacent to it. They enjoyed the environmental tourism project, the Rafisah Dam, the ancient Rabbi Tower and its mountain path, and recalled the memories of the ancestors in the ancient Orient market.
