Madrid, April 5, WAM/ Real Madrid qualified for the final of the King’s Cup of Spain, by defeating its host and traditional rival, Barcelona, ​​today, 4-0, in the second leg of the semi-finals of the competition.
Barcelona had defeated Real Madrid in their own home 1-0 in the first leg, but Real Madrid turned the result in their favor through the quadruple second leg at Barcelona Stadium to qualify for the final by winning 4-1 on aggregate.
Brazilian Vinicius Junior opened the goals of the match in the first minute of stoppage time for the first half.
In the second half, Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema scored 3 goals (a hat-trick) in the 50th, 58th, and 80th minutes from a penalty kick, so Real Madrid advanced to the final for the first time since winning the championship title in the 2013-2014 season.
