DUBAI, 29th July, WAM / The workshops held by government departments in “Modesh World” at the Dubai World Trade Center are witnessing a great turnout from families who accompanied their children to acquire skills and learn about the services provided by these bodies to the community.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs organized an educational and entertaining workshop for children on the UAE passport, its importance and how to use it. The workshop witnessed the participation of more than 300 children.
The workshop also included an augmented reality experience for the new smart gate system that was launched at Dubai Airport.
The coming weeks will witness the presentation of more workshops from the General Directorate of Civil Defense, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Community Development Authority and Dubai Safari.
It is noteworthy that “Modhesh World” is one of the largest entertainment and educational destinations in Dubai, as its launch coincides with the Silver Jubilee season of Dubai Summer Surprises.
Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, Modhesh World presents many events, activities, entertainment and educational performances, workshops and prizes, and will continue until August 28, in Sheikh Saeed Halls 1, 2 and 3 and the Arena at the Dubai World Trade Center.
