Emirates News Agency – Gold loses 3 dollars, with the rise of the dollar

Capitals, December 8 / WAM / Global gold prices fell during today’s trading, losing more than $3, in conjunction with the rise of the US dollar.
And the prices of the yellow metal fell in spot transactions by 0.19%, or the equivalent of $ 3.33, to reach $ 1782.8 an ounce, according to global market data, by “09:20 am UAE time.”
Gold futures for February 2023 delivery fell by 0.2%, equivalent to $3.65, to $1,794.35 an ounce.
In terms of other precious metals, silver fell by 0.63% to $22.77 an ounce, while palladium rose 0.26% to $1855.28, and platinum increased by 0.03% to $1012.35.
