DUBAI, 27th December, 2020 (WAM) — The ENOC Group, the leading and integrated company in the field of oil and gas and operating along the value chain in the energy sector, announced the opening of a new service station in the Rahmaniyah area in the Emirate of Sharjah, bringing the total number of service stations to 21 in the emirate and 178 across the country.
The new service station is located in a strategic location on the road leading to Ajman, to serve members of the community and neighboring areas, as well as to meet the needs of travelers heading to Ajman. The group had opened 7 service stations across Sharjah this year, which contributed to strengthening its presence in the retail field in the emirate.
His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, CEO of ENOC Group, said that the new station comes within the framework of the group’s continuous plans to expand in the retail sector to meet the growing needs for refueling inside and outside the emirate, and provides motorists with easy refueling in addition to car-related services and the purchase of retail products. With the opening of the new service station, the group will have successfully launched 7 service stations in Sharjah this year, reflecting the group’s continuous commitment to developing the infrastructure of the retail sector in the country.
The service station in Rahmaniyah extends over an area of 37,500 square feet and includes a two-lane refueling yard and four fuel filling pumps. The station is also equipped with five double-wall fuel tanks with a capacity of 15,000 gallons, and includes a charging station for electric cars. In addition to providing fuel products that include “95” and “98” special gasoline and diesel, the station is equipped to supply “E-Plus 91” fuel, which is used for low-pressure engines. The station also includes a “Zoom” store, an independent restaurant with the possibility of ordering from the car, in addition to an automatic car wash station.
The station was built according to the best international practices adopted in the fuel retail sector and in line with the best modern construction standards, and was also provided with fully automated retail solutions. The station includes surveillance systems with closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV) and cameras that monitor vehicle number plates automatically to ensure the highest levels of security.
