DUBAI, 20th September, WAM/ Dubai Media City, a subsidiary of TECOM Group, will organize the second edition of the awareness initiative “The Wellness Hub” next Tuesday at the in5 business incubator as part of its efforts to continue encouraging community members to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The session aims to shed light on the importance of mental and physical health through the advice of the most prominent experts and their valuable and valuable guidance through a series of dialogue and educational sessions and continuous sports activities for the end of the year, which are available to all individuals.
An elite group of specialists in the fields of mental and physical health will discuss the interrelationships between proper nutrition and gut health and their impact on mental health as a whole, and the reflection of factors such as anxiety, stress and mental health on physical health, highlighting ways to address the negative effects of these factors.
