Emirates News Agency – Discussing strengthening cooperation between “Islamic Affairs and Endowments” and Uganda

ABU DHABI, 5th September / WAM / Dr. Muhammad Matar Al Kaabi, Chairman of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and Zaki Nomi Kebede, Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to the UAE, discussed aspects of cooperation in religious affairs, enhancing communication and exchanging experiences to serve common goals and achieve the desired satisfaction and ambitions of the two countries.

His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Matar Al Kaabi welcomed the Ugandan ambassador, during his reception at the authority’s headquarters, in the presence of a number of officials, praising the depth and prosperity of the relations between the two countries and peoples, and briefed him on the authority’s achievements and services, and the support it receives from the wise leadership that is keen to reflect the civilized face of the Islamic religion and consolidate the approach Tolerance, peace and coexistence among people.

For his part, the Ugandan ambassador praised the warm welcome, praising the communication and cooperation between the two countries, praising the authority’s experience and strategy in managing its affairs in modern ways that keep pace with life changes.
