The trainer began the workshop by motivating the participants to talk about their experiences, which varied between talents in the field of directing, acting, production, photography, montage, and scriptwriting, explaining the importance of discovering every talent in the field of cinema for the technical aspect in which he excels more than others because the various stages of filmmaking are characterized by integration and importance, including production management. Which is a complementary and essential step that follows the selection of the idea of the film and the completion of the preparation of the story, the dramatic treatment, the writing of the script and preparation for directing, leading to the preparation of production requirements that include managing everything related to the costs of the film industry so that the director cooperates from his position in the technical department with the producer who handles the financial management.
The workshop dealt with the production processes in the cinema and the accompanying determination of an estimated budget for the film that takes into account a set of items that include the costs of signing contracts with the working team of actors and technicians, preparing accessories and costumes, choosing filming locations and obtaining the necessary licenses before starting the production of the film so that the financial cost goes to the exchange aspects Determined according to the production plan.
A number of promising arbitrators also participated in a dialogue within the festival, during which they talked about the training programs provided to them by the “Fan Foundation”, which contributed to enriching their knowledge until they entered the world of arbitration. Film production.
