RIYADH, September 19 / WAM / Al Qasimi Publications, the house specialized in publishing and distributing books and writings by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, will participate in the activities of the Riyadh International Book Fair during the period from September 29 to October 8, 2022.
The exhibition, which is organized by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, constitutes a cultural window that brings together the makers of literature, publishing and translation from local and international institutions and companies with readers and interested persons, in addition to its cultural program, which includes a number of qualitative cultural events, dialogue platforms, interactive lectures and workshops covering the fields of art and reading. Writing, publishing, book making and translation.
The pavilion of “Al Qasimi Publications” participating in the exhibition will have a presence full of many publications written by His Highness Sheikh Dr. The book in its electronic version has more than 350 thousand readers.
Also, the recent publications of His Highness will be presented, such as: “The Sufi Sheikh Rashid bin Matar Al Qasimi”, “The Biography of the Sultans of Kilwa”, “The Heedlessness of the Al Ghazi clans in the United Arab Emirates”, “The Struggle of the Princes of Zend and the Demise of the King” and “The Houses of the City of Sharjah and the Neighboring Villages” her and her inhabitants” and a “Papal Decree” of Pope Aurelian VIII, Pope of the Catholic Church, and “Who is the Holy One”.
Well-known publications are also available in the Al Qasimi Publications Pavilion, including, but not limited to, “Encyclopedia of Talks of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi 1972AD – 2020AD”, “Narrative of the Self”, the novel “Baby Fatima and the King’s Sons” and “History on the French Stage”, in addition to Many titles completed in Arabic and foreign languages written and prepared by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, which will be hosted by the pavilion. They include novel, theater, history, geography and biography. It includes more than ten plays and four biographical books in addition to more than one novel, while there are regarding 35 books in history and geography and regarding 60 translated authors. Live languages (English, French, Russian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, etc.)
The pavilion will also include the works that have been reprinted once more following they have run out of print, including the play “The Black Stone”, “David Stone’s Diary”, “The Hidden Grudge” and “The Talk of Memory” in its three parts.
