ROME, 11 June / WAM / The Italian authorities announced today that 5 people were found dead following a helicopter crashed yesterday in a mountainous area in the north of the country.
And the Italian news agency “ANSA” quoted rescue teams as saying that two passengers were still missing.
The plane took off Thursday from Lucca, in Tuscany, to the city of Treviso in northern Italy, when it disappeared from radar screens following being exposed to bad weather over an area of highlands covered with forests.
Exasipasi Consumer Products Company said in a statement that 7 people were on board the plane, including 4 Turkish businessmen working for it.
