Emirates News Agency – 1.6 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions today

DUBAI, October 10 / WAM / The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.6 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 445 pledges of allegiance, worth 1.18 billion dirhams, of which 22 were pledged allegiance to land, with a value of 203.92 million dirhams, and 423 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 977.17 million dirhams.

The most important land pledges of AED 44 million were in the Satwa area, followed by a pledge of AED 25 million in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of AED 24 million in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.

Al Khawaneej First area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 4 sales worth 15 million dirhams, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area with 3 sales worth 73 million dirhams, and the third in Ma’aisem the First with 3 sales worth 17 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 35 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 33 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 24 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

Al Barsha South of the Fourth Region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 103 sales worth AED 64 million, followed by Palm Jumeirah with 45 pledges worth 394 million dirhams, and the third in Business Bay with 36 pledges worth 70 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 445.38 million dirhams, including 11 mortgages of land with a value of 261.05 million dirhams and 57 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 184.33 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 37 donations worth 61.34 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 27 million dirhams, and another in the Al Thanyah First area, with a value of 8 million dirhams.
