Emirates News Agency – 1.4 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions today

DUBAI, June 29 / WAM / The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.4 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 468 pledges of allegiance worth 1.05 billion dirhams, including 83 pledges of land, worth 222.92 million dirhams, and 385 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, worth 826.32 million dirhams.

The most important land pledges of 13 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the area of ​​​​Seih Shuaib 4, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 57 pledges worth 130 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 10 pledges of 24 million dirhams, and the third in Al Yafra 2 with 4 pledges of 4 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 73 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 57 million dirhams in the Al Sufouh First area, and finally a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

The Burj Khalifa area topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, as it recorded 69 pledges of allegiance to a value of 105 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina area with 47 pledges of 147 million dirhams, and the third in Business Bay with 31 pledges of 38 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 351.4 million dirhams, including 10 land mortgages worth 14.1 million dirhams and 137 villas and apartments mortgages worth 337.3 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first Al-Thaniya area with a value of 44 million dirhams, and another in Umm Ramool area with a value of 30 million dirhams.

As for donations, 19 donations worth AED 84.06 million were registered, the most important of which were in Umm Suqeim First area, worth AED 33 million, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area worth AED 22 million.
