Emirates News Agency – 1.2 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions today

DUBAI, 6th January / WAM / The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.2 billion dirhams, where the department witnessed the registration of 284 sales with a value of 762.19 million dirhams, including 20 sales of land with a value of 91.11 million dirhams and 264 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 671.08 million dirhams.

The most important land pledges worth 16 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by 8 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, and 8 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Jebel Ali first region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, with 4 transactions worth 7 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5 with 4 sales worth 19 million dirhams, and the third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 3 sales worth 32 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 52 million dirhams was pledged in the Business Bay area, followed by a pledge of 30 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 29 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 42 pledges worth 107 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 41 pledges of 96 million dirhams, and the third in Wadi Al Safa 5, with 25 pledges of 41 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 366.07 million dirhams, including 10 land mortgages with a value of 14.9 million dirhams and 37 villas and apartments mortgages with a value of 351.17 million dirhams.

As for donations, it witnessed the registration of 8 donations worth 67.43 million dirhams, the most important of which were in Al Thanyah Fifth District, with a value of 32 million dirhams, and another in the Al-Jaddaf area with a value of 16 million dirhams.
