While Emirates alone made a profit of Dh10.6 billion, the group’s Danatta made a profit of Dh331 million. With the lifting of covid restrictions, the number of passengers has more than doubled. Revenue rose 81 percent.
Last year, Emirates carried 43.6 million passengers. This is an increase of 123 percent compared to the previous year. The company recorded its highest ever profit in the last financial year as it overcame the crisis.
