Emirates and Royal Air Maroc launch marketing codeshare partnership

Emirates and Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced on Tuesday that they have entered into a new partnership allowing code sharing for customers of the two companies. This new partnership thus gives access to new travel options for customers of both companies.

Thus, and from the end of May, the two companies will begin to exchange their marketing codes for all their flights between Casablanca and Dubai, as well as for nearly 209 other destinations. This new partnership will give customers of both companies access to more options for booking their tickets.

The partnership that has just been initialed will allow customers of the two companies to benefit from more competitive prices, in particular for the purchase of single or multiple tickets, but also for the transfer of their luggage. The new codeshare flights are available on royalairmaroc.com, but also on emirates.com, as well as from all travel agencies, OTAs and authorized sales offices, said a press release.

Emirates customers will in fact be able to access 18 destinations to Morocco, but also 63 international destinations located in North, West and Central Africa, and spanning no less than 25 arrival points and different start. In turn, RAM customers will be able to enjoy full access to Emirates’ extensive network beyond Dubai, which has more than 130 different destinations, including 60 cities across the Middle East, the United States , Western Asia and the Far East.

Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airline, said, “This partnership will help further strengthen our network connectivity, while providing business and leisure travelers with greater convenience when connecting between the two airlines.”
