The star recently separated from her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard. It is with humor that we can see her doing playback on the words: “How can I say that in a friendly way?”
In a caption, she added, “For legal reasons, this is a joke.”
The ‘Gone Girl’ actress split with Sebastian, 41, in July following four years of marriage amid rumors he had cheated on her, and netizens suggested Emily was referring to Sebastian with his teasing regarding “ugly men”, although she didn’t refer to him in the post.
Speculation began when Emily was spotted without her wedding ring.
A source said at the time, “They split recently. It was Em’s decision. She’s fine. She’s strong and focused on her son. She loves being a mom.”

However, Emily and Sebastian still haven’t made any public statements regarding their split.
