Emilie suffers from such a rare diagnosis that she can suffocate without constant supervision, which is why 32-year-old Louise Bech has chosen to go on social assistance to be with her daughter. The job center has a different attitude. She has to work, even though, according to the family, the doctors estimate that the daughter is not ready to enter an institution. Esbjerg Municipality recognizes the problem.
