‘Emergency Room’ actress Jossara Jinaro has died of cancer at the age of 48

The actress made famous by the US hospital series “Emergency Room”. Jossara Jinaros lost her battle with cancer. She was 48 years old.

Jinaros’ husband Matt Bogado shared the news of the series actress’ death on Facebook. “It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my wife, Jossara Jinaro, on this day, April 27, 2022,” he wrote. The photo shows Jinaros and her husband together with their two children.

“Jossara was an amazing wife, mother, artist and friend. She had the most beautiful, kind soul and would not take no for an answer,” the grieving widower wrote of Jinaro. “Even in her last moments she still struggled. She now rests in peace and will be remembered forever.”

Born in Brazil, she grew up in Colombia and later immigrated to the United States with her family. She left home at the age of sixteen and, with the help of an agent, began pursuing an acting career in Chicago. Jinaros appeared in “Emergency Room”, “Passions” and “Judging Amy”, among others.
