In a heartwarming tribute to the tireless efforts of Casa dei Risvegli Luca De Nigris, a special exhibition was unveiled at the Legislative Assembly’s headquarters, located in Via Aldo Moro. This poignant event marked the 20th anniversary of the institution, which has dedicated itself to providing unwavering support and care for individuals affected by coma. The commemorative exhibition, masterfully curated by Giulia Ferraresi, showcases an impressive collection of photographs taken by 15 different photographers who have been fortunate enough to bear witness to the remarkable accomplishments of Casa dei Risvegli Luca De Nigris over the years.
As the guests gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the exhibition unfolded as a visual testament to the journey undertaken by this extraordinary organization. Featuring the works of esteemed photographers such as Gin Angri, Giovanni Bortolani, and Paolo Righi, among others, this magnificent display highlighted the immense impact that Casa dei Risvegli Luca De Nigris has had on countless lives. A special addition to the exhibition is the enchanting drawing titled “The Tree of Winds” by Alessandro Bergonzoni, who has been a loyal supporter and testimonial of the institution.
As Fulvio De Nigris explained during the ceremony, the vision behind bringing together this diverse group of photographers was to encapsulate the essence of Casa dei Risvegli Luca De Nigris’ work, from the institution’s inception to the unwavering support it continues to provide today. This remarkable achievement was aptly represented by the carefully curated photographs, each of which captured a pivotal moment in the institution’s history, retracing the journey from its inauguration in 2004 to the numerous shows that have traveled across Europe.
Further adding to the significance of the exhibition was the inclusion of a heartfelt text penned by none other than Paolo Bordon, the general director of ASL (a notable organization that is likely a regional health authority, although the specific connection to ASL in this article is unclear). Bordon’s words added an additional layer of depth to the exhibition, underscoring the vital role that organizations such as Casa dei Risvegli Luca De Nigris play in our communities.
As this exhibition came to life, it stood as a testament to the incredible strides made by Casa dei Risvegli Luca De Nigris in the realm of care and culture. This moving tribute serves as a poignant reminder of the transformative power of dedication, compassion, and creativity.
