The Board of Directors of “Emaar Properties” approved the proposal to distribute cash dividends to shareholders, with a total value of 2.209 billion dirhams.
Emaar Properties stated, in a disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market, that the proposed profits represent 25% of the capital, at 25 fils per share.
The company’s board of directors submitted the proposal to the annual general assembly meeting for approval, as the meeting was set to be held on April 17, after the Securities and Commodities Authority approved the assembly’s agenda.
The company’s board of directors also approved the annual report on the company’s activities for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022, and submitted it to the annual general assembly meeting for discussion and approval.
