MUSICIAN Elton John is still productive in creating new music, even though he is 77 years old. The man nicknamed the British King of Pop is reported to be releasing a new album later this year.
Quoted from Channel News Asia (CNA), Elton John has just finished making his 32nd album. The album has reportedly been submitted to his record label and is planned to be released together with the documentary ‘Elton John: Never Too Late’.
“Elton has been working on the album in secret all year. Some people were surprised that Elton managed to finish it in the late summer, but now it’s officially delivered,” a source was quoted as saying by CNA, in The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column.
It is not yet clear what the concept of Elton John’s album will be, but the singer of Candle In The Wind has said that he is interested in dueting with young musicians.

Elton John told Variety at the time that a number of singers had caught his attention, including Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Charli XCX, and Gracie Abrams.
“They’ve made a really great record, and they’ve brought a lot of joy to people. And the songs are really great songs, so I’d love to sing with any of them,” Elton John said.
