The world star singer was involved in an unpleasant incident in Nice when he tried to find a solution to his urinary retention problem in a shop while looking for a public toilet. Elton John ended up using a plastic bottle, but he didn’t manage to aim it accurately, so the situation became very awkward.

Is Elton John having urinary problems?
Ryan Sukkar, the owner of Sugarkikz in Nice, reported the unusual incident. Said, that Elton John arrived with his two sons and his bodyguard and asked him if he might find a public bathroom somewhere in the area. After the owner of the store told him that there was no toilet nearby, the singer allegedly asked his security man for a plastic bottle, moved a little aside from the other customers, then tried to relieve himself and peed into the bottle. However, the 77-year-old Elton already had problems with accurate aiming, so a good part of his urine did not end up in the bottle, but on the ground. After the embarrassing situation, they tried to clean up the spilled urine with a towel.

The unpleasant incident was compounded by the fact that the shocked store manager had no idea who this strange figure in his store was. When asked who he really was (we think he was equally shocked that he wasn’t immediately recognized) the singer simply replied, “I’m Elton John.” Ryan, who doesn’t seem to be familiar with the world of celebrities, said he did a quick internet search and realized it was a huge deal. Finally, Elton bought his sons 2 pairs of sneakers, took a picture for the store and shook Ryan’s hand before leaving. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding which hand… One thing is for sure, such a ‘peeing incident’ was probably embarrassing even for such a great person as Elton John.
