Elon Musk’s ‘humor-loving chatbot’

Elon Musk has unveiled a new AI chatbot that is ‘aware of current events’ and loves sarcasm.

The head of carmaker Tesla and space company SpaceX said a new chatbot called Grok has a ‘huge advantage’ over other models such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

“One of Grok’s unique and fundamental advantages is that its knowledge is kept fresh thanks to the X platform,” the company said in a blog post.

‘Grok is designed to respond with a bit of humor and aggressiveness. So if you hate humor, please don’t use it!’

Grok appears to be named after Robert Hanlin’s 1961 science fiction novel Stranger in a Strange Land and means to understand something completely and intuitively.

The head of Tesla said that ‘XAI’s Grow System will be available to all X Premium Plus customers as soon as it comes out of the trial version.’

X, formerly Twitter, last week introduced its new Premium Plus plan at $16 a month, which will give users special benefits such as no ads.

The chatbot is expected to be available initially to a limited number of users in the US who can try out a prototype of the artificial intelligence system and provide feedback to help improve its capabilities before a wider release. .

“Growk is still in the very early stages,” X said. He has only been trained for two months so expect him to improve rapidly with your help with each passing week.’

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Musk was secretly hiring artificial intelligence experts to take on OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which killed users shortly after its launch last year. Renowned for his extraordinary ability to respond in human-like language.

Chatbots, some of their competitors, including Microsoft and Google, have demonstrated that they can accomplish a number of major feats in a short period of time.

These include the ability to summarize research studies and even ace competitive exams.

This soon led to a fierce competition among tech companies to introduce their own AI chatbots.

Tesla and SpaceX bosses have openly criticized the OpenAI model that drives ChatGPT. According to him, ChatGPT works very carefully.

In February, Musk hired Igor Babushkin, an artificial intelligence researcher who specializes in developing machine learning models that power chatbots like ChatGPT.

Later in April, it emerged that billionaire Musk had reportedly invested 10,000 graphics processing units (GPUs) in a massive language model project.
