Elon Musk interferes in the debate about maturities

The war in Ukraine exposes the weaknesses of German energy policy. There are some indications that the last three nuclear power plants in the country should not be taken off the grid in December. This is also the attitude of Bavaria’s Prime Minister Markus Söder.

Tesla founder Elon Musk loves weird actions and controversial topics. His interest in Europe and especially in Germany is also well known. Musk sometimes tweets in German and attended a parliamentary group meeting of the CDU and CSU in Berlin almost two years ago. Not far from the German capital he wants to soon put a factory into operationwhere its Tesla electric cars and batteries will be built.
