Eliyahu Yossian’s millions claim: “This is just the beginning”

The well-known panelist, Eliyahu Yossian, burst into our lives at the beginning of the war when he offered sharp responses to the brutal massacre and has since become a sought-after interviewee on media channels and a network host. Yesterday (Monday) Yossian announced a huge lawsuit worth two million shekels against Daniel Amram after he published an investigation on YouTube against the panelist.

“The video shows my client as a sex animal”

In the letter Yossian uploaded to the Twitter account in which he announced the lawsuit he would file against Amram, it was written: “In order to avoid extensive citations from the false and shameful publication, it is said that the video portrays my client as a sex animal who habitually performs brutal sexual acts on his minor daughter on a regular basis – facts that are vehemently denied and completely false.”

“Intended to attribute to my client systematic sexual acts on one of his minor daughters”

The letter also states: “We will not give you the pleasure of references, and there are many of them, many and varied, to extensive sections in the video and to the forced interviews you conducted with the two interviewees in the video, but all of them are intended to attribute systematic sexual acts to my client on one of his minor daughters – something that is vehemently denied.”

“This is just the beginning. Yossian’s word is an Iranian word”

Yossian added that before legal proceedings were taken, letters in the amount of two million shekels were issued against each of the participants of the investigation separately, for libel, slander and more. At the end, Yossian wrote: “This is just the beginning. Yossian’s word is an Iranian word, everyone, but everyone, including those who made and will share on social networks and everyone who cooperates, will face a financial claim and a police complaint, I promise you that I will not give up my family’s honor and the injustice done to my children and my sons family”.
