Elissa: In Britain, there was not a second of a void.. What is the curse that we live in this country?

After the death of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, her son Charles took the throne as her successor.

This event aroused the interest of the Lebanese artist, Elissa, who compared what happened in Britain to the political developments in Lebanon, where Elissa posted on her Twitter account a tweet in which she said: “In Britain, there was no second vacuum, neither the monarchy nor the government.”

And she continued: “In Lebanon, they started suffocating who wants to work as the manager of the void, between the president of the republic who does not want to leave, and the head of a government who will not let him be formed,” adding: “Ok, what is the curse that they live in this country? Is it possible that even the void they want to share?”

Elissa concluded her tweet by saying: “Stay strong.”
