It’s so hot this time of year, it suddenly gets hot and my body can’t keep up.
The other day, I went to a festival for the first time in a while, and the food I ate at the food stalls was delicious!
I like the traditional atmosphere of the festival.
I ate yakisoba and okonomiyaki, but the chocolate banana, which is only eaten at festivals, was especially delicious! It has a unique taste and I would like to eat it once more.
I thought I ate too much at the festival, so I went to play golf for exercise, but I used muscles that I don’t usually use, so the next day I had muscle pain all over my body.
My abs hurt just by sneezing.
But more than that, golf was fun! I’m still a beginner and my swing is still awkward. !
Last month, I went to eat ramen, hamburgers, steaks, sweets, etc. besides the festival, so I was very satisfied, but these days I feel that I ate too much.
So next month, let’s review our eating habits so that we don’t lose to our greed, and let’s make it a month where our bodies become healthy from the inside out! I thought.
Since I started exercising once or twice a week, my appetite has increased, so I want to be careful regarding what I eat and spend my time stress-free!
