During 2022, Eliana released a “mini-album” that includes 6 songs, which opened the doors for her to participate in the most important art festivals in the world, the most recent of which was the “Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival” on April 15th.
- What does participating in Coachella mean to you?
The Coachella Festival is one of the most important and largest music festivals in America and the world, and my participation in it makes me very happy and motivates me to do my best, especially since there is a great diversity in terms of artistic cultures and participating artists, and I am very excited to be part of a large event of this size in terms of the international stars participating in it and the audience Which you go to, as it is an opportunity to meet artists from different and diverse cultures and have rich artistic experiences, and there is no doubt that it is also a great responsibility for me as the first and only Arab artist who will sing in the Arabic language, and I will present my best to the audience.
- What songs will you offer?
– I will present Arabic music to the global audience, and I will live up to the great responsibility that I bear to convey my Arab culture in the right way. My dream is to be the voice of my country in the world and I will sing a mixture of East and West. I hope that my participation will be the first woman to sing in Arabic in this festival, an opportunity to open the doors for Arab artists. to participate in America.
- Between your international and Arab artistic tours, where do you find yourself most, and with what kind of audience?
– Very grateful and happy for the support I received in the Arab world, and in all the concerts and artistic tours that I gave, I felt the love of this diverse audience that loves music and appreciates art makers. In all the Arab countries that I visited, I felt that I was in my home and among my family and people, and people embraced me and this is what he needs. The artist, and this matter affects me a lot, and I hope that this support that I received will be a source of inspiration for Arab youth in general.
- Last year, she released an album that achieved great success. Did you expect this success, or were you surprised by the audience’s reaction to this extent?
– I released “Mini Album” last year, and it received very positive feedback from the public, especially the song “Gharib Ali”, which is a very special song for me. A special artistic touch on the song. And because the “mini album” mixes between East and West, I was awaiting the results with caution, and frankly, it took a surprising positive buzz for me and topped international music sites, and it included songs that I had previously released in addition to the song “Gharib Ali” and “I am alone” with the international artist Massari, and “ Hadda Gharib” with the artist Issam Al-Najjar, and these are three songs, all of which achieved great success.
Harmony and harmony
- Between writing, composing and singing, which one is closest to you?
– The two things together. In general, I interfere in the smallest details of my work, especially in music and songs. When I delve into the song in all its details, from writing to composing, singing and producing, I put my heart and soul into work and it becomes a part of me. I am grateful to the work team that accompanies me because there is harmony and harmony, and we complement each other. Especially since the artist must also be open to new ideas and a different artistic vision, which gives the work another dimension and privacy, so I am proud of all the people I have collaborated with, and I also love the family artwork experience.
- What are your upcoming projects and what are you attending now?
I will soon release a new album that looks a lot like Eliana and reflects my artistic identity.
